November 2008 -- Celebrating a successful late night run from Bahia de los Angeles to Punta San Francisquito! The next day, after a short run down to El Barril, we popped open the cooler and had a drink!

Click the link below for the "Facebook Baja Grande - 2008" photos. Lots more can be seen.

"Beach break in Punta San Francisquito"

OK, I know that there never has been one there, but as a surfer and seeing new discoveries of waves in rivers and such...you just never know.

That kind of wording for a title means a total differant thing to my kind and when I read it, I was up and waxing the board for a trip to the first rideable waves on the SOC south of BOLA! No more trips to the cape, nor more freezing pacific water....then heartbreak. Thanks Ken, nice picture.

Ken, you never post just one photo...!

paranewbi, Ken means a break in the drive, next to that beach. There is no surfing waves there... just wind created short smash waves like I saw there last July!

blue moon spots exist, you just gotta put in the time!

Got it Woody...it's just that where some people have dreams of flying or being naked in public, I have dreams of surfing on a wave in a river while observing other surfers at differant places across the river (something like the mississippi) surfing!
I do know the upside of the SOC well but sometimes I sit there and watch the perfect point break peeling off in rythmic lines, each one perfect and a short paddle off a boulder strewn shoreline at a place like Gonzaga.

Just wish I was 1" tall so I could get barrelled in a few.
