Shrimp al Mojo de Ajo and Fish Fillet Empanizada

Gypsy Jan - 12-31-2012 at 09:35 PM

At Restaurant Anamar in Primo Tapia.

To start, a bowl of our favorite crema de almeja along with a frequently refilled basket of tortillas chips with two salsas (one fierce, one a mild pico de gallo) and bowls of rice and beans served family style. Delicious and so satisfying.

Accompanied by Cervesa Bohemia poured in a proper heavy glass.

Also, we had a lovely view of the spectacular sunset over the ocean.

Hello, Nuevo Ano 2013, the dogs are sleeping by the fireplace and all is calm - we and our woofs wish you all the best in the coming year.
