ditto! great thing you have done, but I would most definitely post the first name if not the full name, the person can give you another ID to prove
identity (passport, club card etc) .... right ?

I think Paul has it right. It may be that the ID needs to be mailed (tourist from the US since its a California DL etc). This ensures a positive ID.
