Where in Baja California Sur can I purchase Canadian Dollars (CAD) or Euros?
a) nowhere.
b) bank. Which one? Exchange rate is good/mediocre/poor?
c) airport. Where in airport? Exchange rate is good/mediocre/poor?

The only way,, unless you want to wait a few months for the banko would be a fellow canuck with lots of cash !! Or a Casa De Cambio At a big loss....

Go here, http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert/?Amount=1&From=EUR&To=... , among other places and see what the exchange rate is of the currency you want
to exchange. I think you'll have a better chance to exchange CAD than euros. Pick a bank and ask if they have what you want and see what they'll give
you. If they don't have it ask them where and if they could make a call for you to check. Many resorts should be able to do the exchange too.
