Anybody know of a reliable repair person that works on refrigerators(ice maker), and a/c units(whole house-4 ton), in the Rosarito Beach area.

But I can tell you about our own experience.
He has replaced a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a trash compactor and a refrigerator and recharged and old GE refrigerator for us.
He can go to the maquilas in TJ to buy a perfectly good but chipped-on-the-porcelain finish washer and dryer.
I have checked the prices on what we have bought and he has always been perfectly fair and he installs your new appliance.
