Jansen Tackle Shop (Cabo and San Jose) is holding their 3rd Sierra Surf
Fishing Tournament Sunday. Still some time to get signed up at the Cabo store (next to the Mar de Cotez).
$250 mn gets you a shirt and entry.
Pays out 25 places. 1st is an 18000 Stella (+-$900usd).
Migrinio Beach Sunday 6-9 AM.

Good luck to the Los Cabos fishermen. La Ribera had a very nice sierra bite going on UNTIL the panga netters got busy. That and guys catching 40+
sierra at a time and now I hear that sierra are somewhat scarce. Probably is academic as we are having north winds that make water time unpleasant at
best.

I wonder what those netted sierras fetch for those commercial fishermen? 10 pesos a kilo...less?
Do they even have a permit to net them?
