Today I started to get email notices every time a response was made to something I responded to. This is going to really clog up my email box....how

Feature has always been there...
Need to uncheck the box from your response (or start) to the thread that says:
"Receive email on reply?"

1) Top of your Nomad page, click "Control Panel" (in blue).
2) Click "Subscriptions" (in blue).
