Hi Hook , It says immigrado, We did ours the week before the new rules went into effect I dont know what that means if anything ,k

My wife Paula got her's yesterday in Cabo. She had started the process end of November. The card says in big green letters RESIDENTE PERMANENTE and
has no expiration date. YaHOO!
