Your not doing anything wrong.
It's just the way your browser is set to cache pages (or your ISP might be caching them, then serving up the info to you... there are a few that do it
this way... I think they're usually broadband providers trying to speed up the perceived speed of their service).
I think the only way to avoid this is through the settings of your browser, where you tell it to request a new page for each visit.
