While they may have been around for quite awhile, for the first time after crossing northbound this month, I noticed the BP SUV's that patrol the
border had been modified with Steel-Mesh racks that extend 3-4' over the windshields to deflect thrown projectiles.
It' a Jungle down there.

IF they FURLOUGHED half the agents then the remaining would need to work 30-percent of the day rather than 15.
