after five years FM3, and two years FM2, I was told that I needed to wait two more years to go Permanent Resident. and after seven years of DIY trips
to INM, I resorted to a lawyer. paperwork in on 1/14, received my 'green card' today. HOORAY! no more INM office until I move, marry, or the law
changes....
