A friend from Tecate told me that the pedestrian crossing line is going to change their hours due to sequestration. 9am opening will really hurt
folks traveling to work.
Anybody heard of this change or perhaps changes at other locations?

If true that really SUCKS there are a lot of Tecate residents who leave their cars on the U.S. side and walk across so they wont have to wait so long.
