You probably read this one from the Examiner?
CostaBaja, the first five-star resort development in La Paz, will include a Hyatt Place hotel - Hyatt Place La Paz. The new hotel will be built on a
53,000 square foot parcel of land adjacent to the 550-acre CostaBaja complex. Hyatt Place guests will have access to the resort’s amenities, including
several restaurants, a Gary Player signature golf course, marina and the white sand beaches along the Sea of Cortez.
The hotel, expected to open in 2014, will feature 151 guestrooms, each with views of the marina or the Sea of Cortez. The hotel will be situated in
close proximity to the Carretera a Pichilingue highway, less than 30 minutes from Manuel Marquez de Leon International Airport.
La Paz is located at the southeastern end of Baja California, and is known for fishing, scuba diving and sailing, as well as Isla Espiritu Santo, a
UNESCO World Heritage site with one of the greatest marine reserves in the northern hemisphere.
CostaBaja is a residential, master-planned resort community, also has the CostaBaja Resort & Spa, a 115-room, boutique hotel managed by Grand
Heritage Hotels, which is adjacent to the 250-slip double-basin CostaBaja
