Great Shot. Did you take it and what kind of aircraft where you in. Also, do you have any idea what all those white things are on the grass? I can
identify the two BP cars, their building and parking lot.

That grassy area is Friendship Park. The white objects are picnic tables/areas. Sadly, the park has been sorta closed or limited in access (you have
to walk over a mile from the nearest parking to get to this park) on and off since things got scary after 9/11. That's why no cars in the lot. It's
also part of a CA state park and they cry poor and say budget cuts have forced limited access. Quien sabe? Lately they have allowed MX/US families
and friends to meet here on weekends - through the fence, of course (and with a very heavy CBP presence) - like in the old days. The new fence that
the Feds built between TJ and San Ysidro is monstrous, like the old East/West Germany line. I highly recommend a visit, though. Very interesting in
many ways. Low usage means lots of wildlife/birds to see near the marshy area near where you park. Also, there are many equestrians (no cars = muy
bueno for horses!).
