During the first minutes of Saturday an earthquake of 4.8 degrees on the Richter scale occurred in the Gulf of California with epicenter at 137
kilometers southwest of San Felipe, municipality of Mexicali in Baja California
On the National Seismological Service (SSN) reported preliminarily this movement which occurred at 00:14 hours at the coordinates 30.02 degrees
latitude and 114.01 degrees less length, at a depth of 90 kilometers.
The site map is located in a coastal area of the Gulf of California with very little population.
The epicenter was located Southwest of San Felipe, in the municipality of Mexicali and San Luis Gonzaga face, Puertecitos and northeast of Isla Angel
de la Guarda, the latter sites in the municipality of Ensenada.
