Is the immigration office and bank open 24 hours? Actually probably going to fly but formulating a back up plan.

Nice new facility. Fundamentally the Imm office and the banks are in the same building. Open 24 hours.
That said, last time we stopped in to get our visas, the immigration guys had us pay him directly.
