Just wanted to see the yachts. Don't want to register.Mariz - 6-2-2013 at 09:30 PM
I don't think you have to register to view the forums or pictures?güero - 6-2-2013 at 09:54 PM
This time clicking on the link I got to see one of the boats then after that a registration screen came up again and after a few more clicks on the
photos just a blank screen. Maybe the problem is my computer. Thanks.ncampion - 6-3-2013 at 05:52 AM

Did see the Kogo at the end of the public pier in La Paz in April.J.P. - 6-3-2013 at 10:25 AM
Yacht
I have never saw them in action but people that have say the black boat acts as escort for the bigger yacht and by acts of intimidation discourage
anyone from coming close to the bigger yachtBubba - 6-3-2013 at 05:43 PM
Some serious comfort there!grizzlyfsh95 - 6-4-2013 at 09:30 AM
ps. the hull of the Kogo was painted blue since the 2008 article and photos, apparently, because the boat in La Paz has a blue hull, not white.

At anchor in Coronado, we were able to circle around them in our little "tin boat" without any signs of intimidation. We were pretty close to the
Wally, they are really impressive up close.vandenberg - 6-4-2013 at 11:47 AM

When I saw it in La Paz in April it was definitely white.BajaNomad - 6-12-2013 at 10:25 AM
Seeing some Loreto residents on FB also noting having seen the WallyPower yacht:
So, I guess the Kogo just pulls up to the pier pump and El Capitan says "fill'er up" !! Imagine how many Pesos for that !!!
Edit: Just looked it up... the Kogo's fuel tanks hold 202,000 liters and can send that yacht 7,000 Nautical Miles at 14 knots (cruising speed)... the
fastest it can go in ideal conditions is 16 knots.
Then, I figured out that @ 12 peso's per liter for diesel, that would cost approximately 2.4-million pesos... or over $185,000 US dollars to fill'er
up !! Are my calculations correct? I'm not too sure.
