I have found a rolfing therapist!
For those not familiar with the practice it is the manipulation of the muscles and their fascia. Often with injuries and aging (hum...) they develop
adherences and that causes spasms and contractures that produce bad posture and constant compensation. Result PAIN!

Her name is Sylvia Ramirez. She is located in San Jose but originally a Pazeņa she comes to La Paz every so often. She speaks perfect English. The
training is done in English in California.
