Everyone of them multiple times. About 150,000 miles logged in Mexico and Central America since 1971. Can't wait to go back to every one of them.

Sonora, Sinaloa, Jalisco, Mexico, Guanajuato, Michoacan, Queretaro, Nayarit, Morelos.

And many more left to see. So many places, so little time. Sigh.....

Sonora, Sinaloa, Nayarit, Colima, Michoacan, Mexico, Tlaxcala, Puebla, Veracruz, Guerrero, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Campeche, Quintana Roo and Yucatan. We've passed through several others. I'll never grow tired of discovering new places in this amazing country.

Every state in the Republic. Took me 51 years to get the elusive (to me)Tlaxcala. My 10 year old daughter only needs Baja Sur and Durango. Life is good :bounce:.

Back in the day, '82-'90, when bus fares were cheap,
'82 - TJ /La Paz one way $14 dlls. I logged a few, I think I
have 19 out of the 32 or so States, from Yucatan
to Chiapas, walked across the Guatemala/Mex border '85,
went on a self guided Palapa Beach Bar Tour up to Mazatlan,
too much fun

East L.A. Maybe spelled 'El Ley' ?

Okay, seriously: Sonora, Sinaloa, Nayarit, Jalisco, Zacatecas, Durango, Chihuahua, plus been to Guerrero by boat. Only Sonora since 1971, however.

comitan - 7-5-2013 at 06:14 PM

Everything south of Zacatecas. 80s when the ferry was cheap.

It is for posts like this that we need a "like" button, ala Facebook.

So... just Oaxaca, Guerrero, Michoacan, Mexico. But I'm sure i have past lives in all the others.

DianaT - 7-24-2013 at 07:38 PM

We sat down one time and realized that we have been in every state in Mexico. There are are few that we just traveled through by bus and didn't really explore.

One of the greatest things about the mainland is that the food is so different in different regions. By bus or by car, it is just a great place While Baja served us well, the mainland will remain our favorite place.

Kalypso - 7-24-2013 at 08:01 PM

Wow, I thought I had done pretty well, but a lot of you have me beat :tumble:

I've been to:
Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, Nuevo Leon, Jalisco, Michoacan, Guerrero, Mexico, Morelos, D.F., Tlaxcala, Puebla, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Campeche, Yucatan and a very quick trip into Quintana Roo

elgatoloco - 7-24-2013 at 08:21 PM

Sadly, over 30 years only a bit more than half of the country so far...Mexico is an amazing country...the more time we spend in it the more we want to spend exploring it!!!
