storage North of the border

huesos - 7-6-2013 at 01:07 PM

Does anyone have a storage facility North of the border that they can recommend? I would like to get one that can receive mail and parcel shipments.

I use this place although I'm not too happy with their rent increases which seem to be far too often.
Anyway.......take a look:

No one likes rent increases. To broaden the topic, has anyone seen one of these places that stores containers as in sea containers?

Don't know of any storage and mail facilitiy together, but on Palm Ave. (the second one nearest the border) there are a series of storage facilities, but I can't remember the name of the one we used years ago; it was safe and secure with 24-hour patrols. A number of military families used this place.

Depending on what mail services you need, Alejandra's in Rosarito picks up mail during the week from the U.S. and also Rene's. Alejandro has a PO box in San Ysidro, so no FedEx delivery.

The UPS store on Telegraph Canyon Road in Chula Vista will handle the FedEx deliveries.

I have used:

Very close to the Otay crossing.

Have friends that use the UPS store on Telegraph in Chula Vista and they receive LOTS of packages

Thanks to all the members who answered this important question. It is hard for me to admit that I can no longer pack all my belongings in the back of my truck.

That was me when I was five years old. That's why I have a garage on both sides of the border.
