I use this place although I'm not too happy with their rent increases which seem to be far too often.

Don't know of any storage and mail facilitiy together, but on Palm Ave. (the second one nearest the border) there are a series of storage facilities,
but I can't remember the name of the one we used years ago; it was safe and secure with 24-hour patrols. A number of military families used this
place.
Depending on what mail services you need, Alejandra's in Rosarito picks up mail during the week from the U.S. and also Rene's. Alejandro has a PO box
in San Ysidro, so no FedEx delivery.
