Tuesday, July 30, 2013 3:44 PM MDT The Pacific coast of Baja California will have partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid 70'sF/20'sC through
the week. Inland will also be stable with mostly sunny skies and temps between 106°F and 109°F for the next 10 days. San Felipe and the northern Sea
will have temperatures in the mid 90's. Further south those temperature forecast can add about 1° for every 100 miles you move south. In Baja
California Sur, La Paz it will be right around the 100°F mark through the 10 day forecast. There is no precipitation in the 10 day forecast, but the
pop-up thunderstorms that form over the east side of the Sea of Cortez and move west are difficult to predict, and a large cell moved about 1/2 way
across the Sea on Sunday, but didn't quite make it to our shores near East Cape. .
On our Storm Watch, Tropical Storm Gil has spun up from this morning's TD7E. Gil is expected to strengthen further as it moves west into the Pacific.
A new and developing Low is located just behind Gil and has a 30% chance of becoming a torpical cyclone in the next 48hrs. Look for this system to
follow roughly in the path of Gil. Enjoy your day.
