Is Mex 2 from Sonoyta (Lukeville) to Mexicali still under construction?

I don't think so. Or if there is it is hit and miss.
I do know when crossing at San Luis a few weeks ago, they have the main drag of San Luis, which is Hwy 2, cut down to one lane with asphalt
replacement.
However, follow the rules and do not drive from Lukeville to Mexicali one Hwy 2 after dark. There have been some issues with banditos after dark
