In the late 90's, we had one year some hellacious winds. It blew apart a lot of stuff, as well as I believe, the Mermaid. Her reclined position

I love Mexico. This is another reason why---artisans are less restrained---this wouldn't happen NOB, inspectors and cities would shut them down.
