I drive a 1994 Astrovan. I had full coverage on it with my US company (Mercury), but I had to take off the comp and collision until my next renewal,
because I just didn't have the money to pay it. So until February, it's liability only, and I only have liability with BajaBound, also.
When my Mercury renewal comes due in February, I'll change back to full coverage.
Literally every cent that I have is going toward my move.
I've already got an apartment in Tijuana, have paid the deposit and first month's rent, and have the keys. I'm taking the first load tomorrow, and

Check with your US Carrier. Some US carriers will insure to about 75 miles south of the border....not liability though.tjsue - 9-3-2013 at 08:11 PM
I have Mercury, and they only insure within the USA.
