This is a program on TLC by a Montreal chef, named.....Chuck.
We saw two episodes last night.
He cooked at El Rey in Loreto, The Office on Medano beach with Edith, steamed chocolates on the beach in Ligui, spent a good bit of time on ranchos.
He learned how to make cheese, machaca, several fish dishes on a disk.
He is somewhat annoying but it was fun to see someone who really went behind the scenes to get some REAL Baja.
