I have seen very similar vehicles on display here in La Paz,Ace Hardware.

They had those in the show room of the Yamaha dealer in Cabo a couple of years ago, they looked like they were pretty well thought out, simple, beefy,
and utilized a lot of standard off the shelf components for easy maintenance. I believe that they used a Rotax engine.

Well, I looked it up, the gas ones actually use a Kohler motor. They were originally built for the Israeli military and are now used by the US border
patrol as well as the US military in Afghanistan. They were designed to fit into a Chinook helicopter.
