I signed up for a new telephone/internet service at Telnor and asked them if I could bring in my old modem from my old phone number. Their response
was "no problem". Apparently signing up for new service was easy, but when I returned to the Telnor office to disconnect my old service, I was told I
needed an appointment. So I made the appointment for the following day, and wanted to disconnect my previous phone/internet service and brought back
my old modem. The woman asked me if I wanted to just disconnect my internet service and I told her no, I wanted both disconnected. They then told me
I had to come back for ANOTHER appointment to disconnect the phone, after I waited 5 days and called customer service to schedule another appointment.
This is crazy, especially because I was driving back and forth from the US!! I was not a happy camper.
