Sometimes you gotta watch the tides pretty close here while fishing in small boats and especially while free diving or scuba.

From my monitor size, the water looks like it is cascading down a deep water channel.

That looks like a gnarly underwater canyon. The right swell direction would funnel some sick waves I'm guessing.
