Or maybe for halloween........
Get a 1 liter bottle of Mountain Dew
Pour out or drink all but 1/4 of the Dew
Add a tiny bit of baking soda, and 3 capfuls of peroxide......put the cap back on and shake well.
Viola.....a homemade lightstick!!!
