Planning to go to SQ for the first half of Thanksgiving week. No guarantees, or course, but what kind of fishing can one expect in late November?
Is yellow tail and white sea bass possible that time of year? I assume miscellaneous bottom fishing, calicos and lings are still available then. Any

Has anybody ever eatin' one of these really large Black Sea Bass? I'm talkin the 300+ pounders. I've had the smaller grouper and they're really good.

Once again? It was not in June... I saw it in April, 2001 on the floor of Cielito Lindo to be carved up. I posted the photo to show that San Quintin

Amazing. Someone who does not fish can't help but post anyway...its a disease.
My experience on the Pacific coast of Baja is that yellowtail and white sea bass stop biting by November...MOST of the time. Some years, the bite can
last into December.

Been fishing in Baja since 1965... and my photo post above had nothing more to say than big fish can be caught near San Quintin, nothing more to it

Hi Mirko...I think you have it about right with the bottom fishing being excellent and any surface fish will be a bonus...possible but not probable.
The tuna should be long gone. The white seabass never seemed to show this year. I would contact either Captain Juan or Captain Kelly on BDoutdoors
and see what they have to say... with either of them you'll come away with some of the tastiest fish in the world though maybe not the most exciting
to catch. We stayed at Jardines hotel in August for the first time and as a hotel it rocks...not for a moment did I miss Jim at the Old Mill grousing
at us for parking in the wrong spot but you are a few minutes away from the "action"... all of which you will forget when you lay down on a real bed
at night with real pillows. Def. send in a report!
