Wow! It's 93 miles (150 km) from Perris to San Ysidro so if he left there at 0930 he would have reached the scene of the shooting around 1100 at the
speed limit. Wonder what time he actually got there?

don't think we will need a jury on this or spend wasteful dllrs to lock um up..one less POS../.Yee Ha !! a lot of L.E. shootings are questable,, but
