A few years ago, some punks slit the throat of a local Primo Tapia (near Cantamar) merchant and stole $17,000 MN from his cash register, a lousy $150
dollars U.S. approximately.
His family discovered body of the old man, a patriarch and mainstay of the family, in his chair behind the counter the next day.
The murdering punks were arrested this week at the home of one of their family members in the ejido in the hills nearby.
The suspicion is that the mother and others in the family were sheltering them.
