i am going to pick up a couple of cruise passengers in ensenada.
i was looking at google earth at the cruiseport and there is a yacht basin there with a parking area.
does anyone know if i can drive down that road or are there restrictions? i don't remember seeing any type of gate at the corner.

This is as close as you can get. The guard gate to the cruise port is approx 500 yards from the west ship dock. Unless you can provide some ID that
you are a guest of a boat of the marina, wait there.
Free parking is available on the road bordering west side of the yet-to-be finished aquarium. Hotel Corona's Veleros restaurant is the closest coffee
shop.

Only found out about parking when I picked up cruisers weeks ago.
Anyone know when that white elephant, aka Aquarium/Museum is going to open? I think it has been under construction for 4 years. It has all of the
curb appeal of a WalMart in downtown 'Nada.
