There are communication and payment issues that are unique.
Baja California is unique, which means it is nothing like mainland Mexico.
Medical facilities in Chula Vista and San Diego are unique. When people seek a reference on a medical site, they are guaranteed to receive either no

Avoiding a topic that does not interest you is so easy to do. Avoiding a topic SECTION a dedicated forum means "a non-click". You don't even have to
close your eyes. How hard is that?
So the real issue should be if Señor Bajanomad Administrator wants to go through all the time and trouble to set up and maintain another forum. It may
be best to label such a forum as "Baja Related Medical And Health Issues". I believe one thing for certain, such a forum would be unique.
