Last month, moonrise over Punta Abreojos cemetery

Moonrise over cemetery at Punta Abreojos, Baja California Sur. Just coming back from exploratory trip to Ryolite Domes in Santa Clara mountains near our casita. Our Mexican friends from PA can see where they will end up. The funeral processions lead from town to this place, just over the hill from our foothold.

Took the picture after Marteen fixed our first flat in 30 years. Looking forward to more. I love this place.

All your stuff is way more beautiful. I just don't know how to say anything on top of it.

Well we have taken several pictures of that cemetery, and I wish I had taken the one you took!

Loving the cold up here, but looking forward to heading south again.

I'm a backcountry skier, every year at this time I'm wondering if this is the year that I can't imagine the Sierra cold in winter and being good with it. I love the Lone Pine to Bishop segment of the 395. You are definitely in God's country.

Yes, God's country it is. Today, up Little Lakes Valley, John and Tommy Dog were contemplating the coming winter.

That picture of the Abreojos Cemetary makes us look forward to a trip south. All so special in very different ways.
