If the Pemex is open in Gonzaga Bay do they have diesel ? Also is there diesel in BOLA?

Others can comment on Gonzaga (don't think so) but I know they have it in BOLA.

The deal was Rancho Grande has diesel (or gasoline) when the Pemex is out or closed. Yes in Bahia de L.A. (unless out).
