with google earth image update I can now see a few boats docked and the entry to the port oper I see this project is moving along.

That's Cabo RIVIERA. It's shut down and has been for some months.
The few boat slips they did get installed are rented by boaters here who live in this area and don't want to drive their cars/boats to La Paz and San
Jose del Cabo. Rumors abound --- that they'll start up after Jan 1 again, that they have a new associate who will bring 100 million dollars to the
game, that it's Carlos Slim Helu.
They owe many millions of pesos to the contract truckers who live around here and it showed this Christmas --- not one kid Christmas morning showing
off his or her new bike, skates, scooter, etc. Very quiet and that, my friend is a very sad noise.
