I think the place is called Pancho's.
It is located in a small storefront in an aging mini-mall, but the outside wall is painted with all kinds of DishTV, DirectTV and other logos.
They have been there for many years and when we used their services in the past, they did the job at a very fair price.

screen went black and makes humming noise. The tv in the bedroom works fine.k
