Looks like our beloved Police Chief Julian Leyzaola is returning to reclaim his post as Chief of Tijuana Police. Apparently the prior Mayor of T.J.
fired the Chief only to hire a young and inexperienced A.Valladares who just lost all control of the City.
I hope these thugs are shaking in there boots right now, hopefully he'll resume the heavy handed tactics that yielded major results in the past.
