Reading of San Ignacio by Juanita

BajaBlanca - 1-23-2014 at 10:08 AM

We were in San Ignacio over Thanksgiving and I found this amazing book at Juanita's Casa Leree. It has excerpts from Padres and others who wrote about the area. It costs $50. I really enjoyed reading it and thought I would share:

Thank you Blanca! San Ignacio (originally named San Vicente by Piccolo) has a fascinating history... I would love to sit in the shade of Casa Leree's courtyard reading her book and then walking about the valley seeing what was made there 200-300 years ago!

They are indeed wonderful, as is Juanita. And her photo albums are priceless.

This is a wonderful little treasure in the middle of baja.
