Hi Ted,
I visited Rincon Colombiano in Rosarito after returning from Baja Grande 2011 for the first time. This past July, my Wife and I went to their
restaurant which hosted the Rosarito Beach Colombian Day Festival. So, this restaurant is more than an eatery - but, a cultural center of sorts.
Their Chicken Arepas are highly recommended.
