I assume you mean going south, Cliff. It's always been there in full swing. You drive right through it after you clear the gate, and whether or not

Is it complete? No. The project isn't over. But secondary is about as good as it's going to get—that open-sided rain cape over the top is the final
design. As they re-do the lanes, the paths to get in and out (and to escape without secondary) will shift, and it wouldn't shock me if they continue
to shift even after construction is complete, just to stay unpredictable.
