Quote of the Day

Paradoxical Quote of the Day From Ben Stein:

"Fathom the hypocrisy of a government that requires every citizen to prove they are insured... but not everyone must prove they are a citizen."

Now add this, "Many of those who refuse, or are unable, to prove they are citizens will receive free insurance paid for by those forced to buy insurance because they are citizens."

Think about that for a while

Double kudos on that...nah.... make that triple kudos!!

Give em sanctuary, ObamaBucks, drivers licenses, housing, FREE legal services, FREE health care.....hell, even a license to practice law.......but be damned if you dare ask them to be legal residents.

Just one point, Junior. Who the heck do you think has been paying into that Gov't 'teet' since was 12 years old?
I think you are of THAT age group.

Huh???

bajaguy - 2-26-2014 at 03:19 PM

I am old enough to have "qualified" for Medicare by working since I was 16 and paying into the system......And if you were old enough you would know that it is "teat", not "teet"

First of all, I've run a single proprietor business all my life and thus have always paid double on my SSI tax. The employees half AND the employers half. I'm 70 now. Officially on the dole!

Obama care is a dumb law. We need single payer.

The whole thing is a sell out to the stinking insurance companies. And Obama is a corporate tool from the get go. My Summer home is in the San Juan islands of Washington and I can lift my head from the pillow and see a country that pays a fraction as much for health care as we do.

It would save us ALL money of we would just dump this useless and wasteful system and give each person a medicare card. The medicare system runs on a fraction of the overhead of private insurance and I get great care.

The losers would be the stockholders in Blue Cross and the others and I don't give a doog poop about them. They've been on the public teat for generations and it's way overtime to stop it.

As Mark Twain said, "
If you want to know a mans opinions, ask where his corn pone comes from." When I hear a legislator or a Faux News commentator talking up private insurance, I know that a lobbyist has his fist up in his digestive tract all the way to his vocal cords.

You should hear me when I get excited!

I will go along with this, except for Obama being corporate tool
