Wow, what a great shot. Water spouts can't be that common down there---right??? Amazing!!!! or is it a tornado and not a water spout??

It's a water spout and I haven't seen one in a couple years. But, they aren't really that uncommon according to the number of them I have seen along
the coastline of Baja and California.
And, if FOX can produce something like that, I'm going back to work there and taking candles and offerings!!
