What going on, currently, over at Santa Rosalia and down at Puerto Escondido? Are the fuel docks dispensing diesel directly into boats or is one
having to do the jerry can shuffle?

As far as Santa Rosalia, you can buy from the Pemex at a 20% surcharge, or go to the pier and order fuel from the distributor. Your choice. At least
both were working at last check.

WOW, 20%! Over here, the markup is only 5% for on-the-water fueling.
I hope the Grossmans dont find out about that markup.
