August Wine festival recommendations?

What are good activities to plan for this August?

I've found few details so far. Are tickets difficult to purchase? Is paella festival already sold out?

Usually has info/tickets for most of the events, however some wineries stage their own without going through Pro-Vino. Looks like Paella is August 17th.

We like going to events at Liceaga Winery. Inexpensive, venue is outdoors, under the big oak trees.
