We are entering mexico on a Sunday and need to get our permit to travel into Baja Sur..... Do we get this at the TJ crossing and is this open
Sunday??? This is our first time traveling past GN so any suggestions regarding this would be helpful. Thank you

Called FMM now. Stop before the building at the TJ border and walk to the INM desk with your passports and money (if over 6 days in Mex). Free if
under 7 days.

It is now called an FMM and yes as you enter the Customs area stay to the right and park I believe behind the fence and go into the immigration
building...bring your passport.
