For those of you who did not attend ( I would have to guess that would be all of you as there were only a couple of hundred people there), the Cabo
Jazz Escape held at Playa Grande last night was a wonderful event. The proceeds go to musical instruments for the schools and the music was
outrageous. Danieli (sp?) Perez and Kurt Elling were the headliners and both were great. Regina Carter, an extremely gifted violinist sat in on a
couple of numbers including an inspired version of Bese me mucho.
If you should be around for the next concert, try to go. It will help the schools and your soul.
