I seen car tinted in baja lately around ensenada and rosarito, i was thinking of getting them, but i want the dark but not reall get bother with them?
Any first hand experience?

Since the cartels have become an armed and dangerous threat, the police don't put up with heavy darkened windows. It doesn't much matter what the
laws or regulations say. The police just won't allow it.
Can't say as I blame them.
