I am still looking for the right fit.
Will consider paying utilities or the like for a particularly interesting situation
For example: you have invested in a very nice house but don't plan on living in it for the time being but would like the security of an on-site
manager who can manage your holdings and send you updates as frequently as you would like (I have worked for some seriously retentive/obsessive owners
but I go with the "He who has the gold makes the rules" philosophy so I don't mind at all)
